Did She Mean To Sound Bulimic?

Of her gripe with the media she adds, "You've just puked, you feel fat. It's one of those days. Imagine that, and add people outside your home.""

I'm sure she just minced her words but that last quote sounds a lot like someone suffering from bulimia. Hope not.
