I want to smack her. Practically nude and posing for slutty pics at the WWII Memorial in Washington, DC? She shouldn't have made the top 24 and she shouldn't have posed for the pics at the Memorial. How tacky can one person be?!

American Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe told Extra's Mark McGrath he's "not kicking the Jersey girl off - her fate is in the voters' hands."

Extra is reporting that Lythgoe essentially said that viewers would have to get rid of her instead. “Without question, any competition like this is part popularity competition,” he said.

Simon Cowell said yesterday at the Playboy Mansion, of all places, that the photos “[should] not affect her standing on the show, and if the public wants to keep her in, they’ll keep her in.” He added, “These people haven’t done anything illegal; that’s their private life."

Umm, what about the girl from Season 2, Frenchie, who was kicked off after pics of her topless surfaced on the internet? HYPOCRITES!!! One girl is black & overweight -- the other is skinny and sort-of pretty in a horse-face way. You guys are HYPOCRITES!
