Hilary Duff Bi-Polar?

Nah,we all look happy, pissed & contemplative, at different points during our shopping experience(s) - she just happened to do it all in the span of about 1 minute.

The Duffster was snapped shopping in Glendale, California, March 18 ('07). Her heels are kick arse. Love 'em.
