This is the little girl named Grace everyone has been blabbering that Madonna could possibly adopt from an orphanage in Malawi - a country with an estimated 1 million orphans. Of course, most of the rumors are coming from the Daily Mail so there's no telling what is/isn't true until it actually happens.
