Transient Emily Leatherman was arrested outside of the Beverly Hills mansion of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Police say she has been charged with receiving stolen property and violating a restraining order. Leatherman has been jailed with bail set at $45,000 pending arraignment Monday.
Leatherman was accused of stalking John Cusack last year and he was granted a restraining order against her.
