The glorious and talented American Ferrera of "Ugly Betty" fame is totally hating contractual clauses right about now!

There is a clause in her contract for the 2005 film "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" that holds her to filming a sequel. Ferrera hit it really big in 2006/2007 with the television hit "Ugly Betty," and it would appear the producers of "The Sisterhood..." are set to capitalize on her success.
