Paris Hilton is due in court today on her February 27th arrest for speeding and driving without a valid license (it had been suspended after her Sept.7 '06 DUI arrest). Prosecutors filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on April 30.Prosecutors have suggested a 45 day jail term (YES!), that Hilton be required to stay away from alcohol for 90 days and that she be required to wear a device that will chart whether she complies.
Ooooo, I hope the judge has a backbone in this case and goes with the Prosecutors recommendations.
