What an idiot. Scott Stapp, former frontman of Creed, was arrested Sunday at his Florida home after a "confrontation" with his wife.

The original charge was aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony, however, the charge was reduced to a misdemeanor today (Monday) because sheriff's spokesman Paul Miller said, "the allegation is that Stapp threw a bottle of Orangina at his wife, at her head, and missed and the bottle broke."

The couple has only been married just over a year and have a baby daughter.
