Rocker Rod Stewart married girlfriend (of 7yrs) Penny Lancaster today in Portofino, Italy, after sunning and partying the day/night before (pics are from last night).This is Rod's third marriage and Penny's first. The couple has an 18-month-old son together named Alastair. So pretentious.
