Sucks to be Anne Heche. E! is reporting Heche lost primary custody of her 5-yr-old son, Homer, and she must pay spousal and child support to her ex-husband, Coley Laffoon.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge awarded primary custody to Laffoon along with an unspecified amount of child support. Crazy Heche alleged Laffoon stayed at home not to take care of their son but to indulge in his hobbies of playing poker, ping-pong, partaking in online porn and masturbating. Laffoon suggested that Heche had "poor parenting skills" and that she had exhibited "bizarre and delusional behavior."

I hope she doesn't backslide into crazy town...The NY Post reported this week that Heche was seen hanging on Ethan Hawke and on several women while at parties in NY. If you'll remember correctly, Ms. Anne was lovey with comedian/host Ellen DeGeneres before announcing she was not gay and ending up in a Caliornia desert high as a kite on ecstasy claiming she was Celestia.

Anne Heche Still Crazy?

Anne Heche and soon to be ex-hubby Coley Laffoon are no longer playing nice. Laffoon filed for divorce on February 1st and newly released documents he filed May 2 indicate he has doubt as to whether Heche is "psychologically capable" of caring for their five-yr-old son Homer.

Laffoon suggested Heche has exhibited "bizarre and delusional behavior" and asked that a psych evaluation "be commenced immediately." While Heche reportedly earns $81,000 per episode of "One Tree Hill" - Laffoon has not worked since the birth of the couple's son but he had worked as a freelance videographer when the couple first met (she was dating Ellen DeGeneres at the time). Laffoon is seeking $33,000 a month in child support and no less than $15,000 in attorney fees.
