Friday (March 16 '07) I reported Kid Rock was under investigation for assault after a 28-yr old woman filed a complaint alleging Rock grabbed her by the neck twice and pushed her towards her car after partying at his home in Macomb County Michigan.Prosecuters have investigated and say there is "no sufficient evidence to back up the woman's allegations" and Rock will not be charged.
Now Rock, real name Robert Ritchie, is considering suing the woman for making the 'false' claims. His lawyer, Michael Novak, says, "These allegations were taken very seriously by Kid Rock and he's not going to walk away..."It's just a complete, unfounded lie."
Viva la truth!
Take her to court and bury her KID!
