Gropey McGross (aka Andy Dick) reportedly continued his habit of fondling strangers when he "accosted" two employees at Snitch nightclub in NYC.

According to a Page Six spy, Dick "grabbed a waitress' breasts and dug his nails into her neck"..."Then he poked her in the ear really hard."

Looks like he also tried to free willy when he "stuck his hand down the doorman's pants."
