The loser was recently arrested for changing the terms of a 2003 settlement and just slapped with a lawsuit brought by the United States of America for a $20 million "corporate evasion scheme."
Now the dumbass has been busted, in jail, after trying to bribe a guard with $100 for water, presumably to take the pills he was found in possession of including anti-anxiety meds Aprazolam and Lorazepam, as well as the sleeping med Lunesta.
TMZ is reporting the President of Mantra Films (the company that produces "Girls Gone Wild"), Scott Barbour, was arrested by the Bay County Sheriff on suspicion of slipping the pills and the cash to Francis. Authorities are saying Barbour passed them off to Francis when he visited him Wednesday night. Now that idiot is in the same jail! BAHHHHHHH!
Somebody write a script quick - and make sure it ends up with these two puckers stranded on a tiny island with nothing but gay guys and bears. CUT!

Lets add this up. He got lucky with an idea on how to make millions off of drunk willing young women allowing their tits or drunken stupidity to be documented for the whole world to see. Then this overbearing prick believes he is a movie director and someone so famous and we should kiss the ground in which he walks.
But he breaks the law not a tiny law but a big federal law which could mean serious jail time. Then commits another serious crime with his taxes. Which could mean more serious jail time. Then commits another crime while waiting in jail for the first crime. Even more serious jail time.
What is the word he needs to learn? Prison, yes that is it, Prison. The place where little boys like him will get punked, beaten, made someone bitch and he should pray to God he doesn’t get killed while on vacation in Prison.
He is no less than those greedy bastards at Enron. He got lucky and his luck turned into greed and arrogance. His overbearing and pompous ego is now getting him at best. Karma is something this haughty little boy will only learn once he has lost most of his money and burns half of his life in Prison.
People like this need to go down and down he will go and if he gets out of this one with little Prison time which might be 3-4 years he should thank God and give the rest of his worthless money to helping people in this world with less luck then he had or next time he will rot in hell.
