If you hadn't heard, "Girls Gone Wild" founder and national sleeze-bag-loser Joe Francis is finally getting a tiny smidgen of what he is owed - JAIL TIME and a nice BIG DOSE of REALITY.
Francis talked shite about a judge calling him "out of his mind" and a "judge gone wild" and that same judge, District Court Judge Richard Smoak, refused to cut his 35-day sentence down to 30 days. Francis's attorney pleaded for the "break" because having jail time over 30 days on his record would change the sentencing guidelines in his federal case (for a $20 million tax evasion scheme) thereby subjecting him to an extra year in a federal penitentiary.

All of the girls in his videos were not forced. They wanted to do that nasty stuff at the time. Then they feel bad after they are sober and feel guilty and gross when they see their parents or family. Joe shouldn't be in trouble for what skanks are willing to do on video.
