Rapper Eve was arrested on suspicion of DUI (driving under the influence) last night after she crashed her gold Maserati (uh, ewwww...it actually looks silver on the video but me eyes could be a playin' tricks) on Hollywood Boulevard, hitting the center divider and totaling the front of her car - this was around 2:45 a.m.
Reports are that her blood alcohol level was "double the legal limit" but that she was released on $30,000 bail and was picked up in her back up Maserati (LOL).
TMZ has video of her arrest and of Sean Penn, that's right, Seannn Pennn, visiting her in jail. WTF?! Police sources say:
"He came to see how Eve was doing." No word yet if Sean and Eve had been out together before her car accident.
If only Charo and Bill Gates had shown up waving "Free Eve" signs (a la Chris Rock for Bobby Brown) - it could've really been exciting. -- Once again people, use all that money you've got and hire a dayum driver, cab or a roller blader to pull you behind them on your skateboard. Get with it!
