Strange sighting! Admitted druggie and alcoholic Marc Jacobs was snapped shopping with admitted angry bitch-druggie "in the past" Naomi Campbell at Barney's New York on Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills on Sunday, April 8.

Jacobs entered rehab in early/mid March so what's he doing out already? Oh, that's right, celebs are on the "rehab less than 30 days and my backers will still finance my shite" plan...dumb asses the lot of 'em. -- He's even carrying a Sierra Tucson bag! Sierra Tucson is a posh rehab center in Tucson, Arizona, that celebs like to frequent - for a millisecond.

Of course, Naomi is fresh from her publicity stunt community service at the New York Sanitation Department.

Fashion designed Marc Jacobs did a 1999 stint in rehab for drug and alcohol abuse and it has just been reported that he has checked back in for additional help. I wish him the best.
