State Pokey for Sizemore

Seriously troubled actor Tom Sizemore has been sentenced to 16 months in state prison for violating his probation stemming from a 2004 meth conviction.

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge highly recommended Sizemore serve his time at Donovan Correctional Facilty near San Diego -- the facility has a rehab division within the prison.

Sizemore, currently in jail, will be in court again tomorrow to hear how many days of "time served" will be applied to the new sentence.

Am I the only one who watched Shooting Sizemore? That's one that I TIVO in our workout room since it's trash and one should only watch trash while doing something healthy. Gotta strike a balance!
