Is there really anything else to say about her rehab efforts? The idiot has been spotted out partying almost every night since she checked out of rehab and Splash News snapped these shots last night of Lindsay headed into Winston’s Bar and Lounge in West Hollywood.

Even though it seems like Lindsay was only in rehab five minutes of the several weeks she was supposed to be...20 year old Lohan officially checked out on Friday, February 16th. Ms. Lohan checked into the Wonderland Center in L.A.'s Laurel Canyon neighborhood on January 18, but seemingly spent most of her time shopping about town.

In a statement to E! Online's Marc Malkin, Lindsay's rep Leslie Sloane Zelnik, advised that her client "has finished her stay at Wonderland and will continue the program as an outpatient. She is taking it one day at a time, as she is in it for the long time. She asks that [we] respect her privacy."

Not surprisingly, LaLohan was spotted at hot spot Teddy's (inside of the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel) on Thursday night and she was also spotted chatting w/ Justin Timberlake outside of Les Deux on Friday night! BRILLIANT Little Missy...just brilliant.
