These photos were snapped Thursday. Smoking pot while driving -- not good. But knowing the razzi is following you and you still light the spliff and roll down your damn windows? Maybe weed does make you dumb. Wait, where'd I put my joint?

And her sister is in rehab right now. Brilliant.
