George Michael Facing Additional Charge

Famous pot smoker George Michael was arrested last year after being found slumped at the wheel of his car in London.

His attorney, Keima Payton, appeared today on his behalf in a London court room. Michael, 43, faces an additional penalty for "being in charge of a vehicle while unfit through drugs."

He was due to stand trial on April 23rd - but a two-day preliminary hearing has been scheduled in its place - with a new trial date to be determined later.
