Madonna Pulls a Britney

Oooo, Madonna is feeling the heat after she was witnessed leaving the Kabbalah Center in L.A. with son David on her lap - not in a car seat as is the law.

Madonna and husband Guy loaded their three children into their Escalade on March 2 ('07), Madonna sat in the middle row, and they drove off with David on her lap.

A witness told Us Weekly magazine "There was no car seat. (Madonna) sat in the middle row, and they left with David on her lap."

She also reportedly did the same thing with six-yr-old Rocco the very next day - letting him sit in the middle row not properly secured.

Madonna's rep is quoted as saying, "Proper security measures are always taken for Madonna's children."
