He was at the Cinema Society bash for "Zodiac" the other night when a photog touched his shoulder and Joaquin snapped, "Take your hands off me."

I watched Walk the Line in HD the other night and was reminded of how much this boy rocked it out. Any other year and he would've had the Oscar.
