Last month Blunt, 33, was seen with Lindsay Lohan and now Rush & Malloy are reporting he was spotted making out with PARIS(ite) HILTON, 26, Wednesday night at Teddy's in the Roosevelt Hotel.

Soooo, is Hilton on a Ross-n-Rachel break with the nastiness of Josh Henderson? They were just photographed hand-in-hand together on Sunday! Maybe she had a herpes flare-up and Josh got skeeved out...he's only used to crabs. ;)

No Charges Against James Blunt

British singer James Blunt will not be prosecuted for an alleged hit and run at a pre-Oscar party in February.

Blunt and his then-girlfriend Petra Nemcova were leaving a party at Hollywood agent Bryan Lourd's house when Blunt reportedly drove his black SUV over the leg of an autograph seeker.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles city attorney's office says, "We've decided not to file any charges. We reserve the right to file charges at any time."

Well Why Didn't They Just Say So

Petra Nemcova and James Blunt have called it quits on their relationship of just over a year. Friends of Blunt told People magazine, "They split in February. It's very amicable." - The duo haven't been seen in publicly since making the Oscar rounds in February. Remember the "running over a guys foot" incident?

Blunt has been snapped hanging in the Hollywood club scene singer Robbie Williams, Lindsay Lohan and Kelly Osbourne.Rumors have been circulating that Blunt and Lohan hooked up recently. "Lindsay and James were never affectionate, but they did seem flirty, standing right next to each other, and constantly talking," said a fellow clubgoer.

Nemcova is a Czech model and tsunami survivor.

UPDATE: Blunt's rep is saying that he was not avoiding a fan seeking an autograph...he was driving 2mph working his way out of a swarm of razzi.

James Blunt in Pre-Oscar Car Accident

He just celebrated his 32 birthday last week, is dating model Petra Nemcova & and has been making the rounds at many of the pre-Oscar parties. But it looks like British pop singer James Blunt was involved in a car accident early Saturday (1:58 a.m.) that apparently injured a guy at CAA agent Bryan Lourd's trailer house.

People is reporting the police were called to help an unidentified man whose foot was fun over outside of Lourd's residence.

Blunt wasn't injured and it's not clear how he was involved.
