Gwen has a lot on her plate considering she has little Kingston to care for (probably an hour a day considering she works a lot and they have a nanny), she's in rehearsals for her world tour and of course the recent American Idol gig. -- On a separate note, Gwen is a willing participant in Range Rover Land. Everyone in Smell-Ay has one.

That sort of looks like Moby with her...is it?
From a distance he does sort-of look like Moby but it isn't as far as I can tell. He definitely was her "driver" though.
Nice to see Gwen in a loose coat because it is nice when celebs aren't worried about looking skinny all the time. Even though we know she really stresses about that. But the outfit is cool.
