Ms. Britney hit a hair salon (why?) on Saturday, March 24 ('07). I give her kudos for covering up her body but I deduct kudos for that hat and those Willy Wonka shades. The real crime was committed by her friend who is clearly guilty of a VPL - Visible Panty Line. Check the pic of them going up the stairs to see what I mean.
