Fresh off her trip to Tokyo, Lindsay Lohan proves that her heart was made for partying and publicity.

LaLohan lunched at Orso restaurant Monday, April 16:

"Lohan, party of one...Your table is now available."...

"Good afternoon Ms. Lohan."

"Um, yeah, hi."

"Do you know what you would like to order?"

"Yeah, um, I'll take a shot of Jägermeister, a Paps Blue Ribbon, a crack pipe...oh, and some self-tanner....mine is wearing off."

Oops, and she hit Winston's later that night to hang with DJ LAME and DJ Steve Aoki (Devon Aoki's bro).
