Gwen At Medical Plaza
Is Gwen Stefani just getting a check-up before she heads out on tour to promote her latest album "The Sweet Escape?" I'm not going to jump on any lame arse pregnancy gossip at this point so I'll just provide you with the photos and let you know she was snapped leaving a medical plaza in Beverly Hills Tuesday (April 3).

I like her personal style but don't think she sounded very good on American Idol.
Gwen is super chic but she seems a bit stuck on herself these days.
