Who Changes from Lunch to the Hospital?

The first photos (above) were snapped as Britney Spears arrived/left lunch at Barefoot in Beverly Hills yesterday (Sunday, March 25 '07) and the second bunch (below) were snapped later in the day as she headed to the hospital for a "painful molar." She completely changed dresses, shoes & hats - WTF?

Those sunglasses have got to go. I stand by my Willy Wonka comparison from yesterday.
