Courtney "WTF?!" Love

I know this pic is a couple of days old but it just keeps haunting me. What is it with people destroying themselves with surgery? It seems to me that she may have replaced her drug addiction(s) with a plastic surgery addiction. I know she hasn't been a successful recording artist in a long while but you know she's got to have some money to afford a decent surgeon.

And what the h-e-double hockey stick is she doing wearing this to a post-Oscar bash?! All sorts of wrong I tell ya.
