Step Away From the 2,000 Calorie Drink!

One doesn't have to starve oneself to be on the less-hefty side. Often times it's as easy as a bit of exercise (3x/wk) and cutting out 1 or 2 extras that we tend to overlook...say, a ketchup obsession...maybe you like regular soda...or maybe it's even more obvious like a big cup of ice cream with whipped cream passed off as a "refreshing coffee drink."
