Regis Well After Heart Surgery

Congratulations and continued well wishes to talk-show host Regis Philbin who successfully underwent triple heart-bypass surgery Wednesday morning (March 14, '07).

Dr. O. Wayne Isom performed the surgery at Weill Cornell Medical Center - he was also the specialist who performed Philbin's pal, David Letterman's, quintuple-bypass surgery in January of 2000. Reports say he was the surgeon of choice for ex-president Bill Clinton's quadruple-bypass but chose to play a round of golf instead!
